RULES & GUIDELINES FOR APPLICATION SUBMISSION
- Submission Deadline: The final date to submit your application is 5th January 2026.
- No Fees: There are no charges for submitting an application.
- Review Before Submitting: Please review the entire filled form and all attachments before submitting. Once submitted, editing will not be possible.
- Choose Your Award Category: Clearly choose whether you are applying as an individual (Supply Chain Categories) or on behalf of team or an organization (Industry Sector Categories).
- Select Appropriate Sector Category: Choose the relevant award category for each sector in which you are applying.
- Attach Clear Files: Upload clear photographs and any other usable files as required attachments.
- Complete All Fields: Ensure every column is filled out completely and responses meet the requirements.
- Organizational Award Applicants: When applying for organizational awards (Industry Sector Categories), attach a letter of authorization for application on behalf of organization, on the organization's letterhead signed by a person of GM/VP rank or higher.
- For individual Applicants: You should submit details based on your contribution with your current employer only.
- One Application per Category: While each individual may apply for multiple category of awards, he/she may submit only one application for each award category & only the first submitted application will be considered for review.

📝 ENTRY PROCESS & JUDGING CRITERIA
Stage 1 – Written Submission
Submit a maximum 1,500-word entry (you may attach a PDF file containing photos, written material, certificates or a video).
Submissions are judged on:
- Quality of contribution
- Significance of innovation in the industry
- Extent to which the solution creates a competitive advantage for the company
- Depth of application
- Evidence of business benefits
- Evidence of collaboration with others
Stage 2 – Verbal online discussion or presentation (if shortlisted)
If desired by Jury panel you need to deliver a 5-minute online presentation to the panel of judges and will have a online session for elaboration.
Judges will critique:
- Enthusiasm and passion
- Commitment of senior management
- Communication with the wider organization
- Scope/magnitude of the change or achievement
- Evidence of results
